Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage massage is used to increase lymphatic flow and reduce swelling and fibrosis after serious injury, medical treatment, or illness. This gentle modality is done at the skin level and feels nurturing and deeply relaxing. Conditions that manual lymphatic drainage can support include: pain management, sleep issues, fibromyalgia, arthritis, autoimmune syndromes, Lyme disease support, whiplash/car accident recovery, post surgery swelling/healing, sprains, strains, tendonitis, headaches/migraines, and stage 0 or stage 1 lymphedema.

Jaw/Intraoral Massage
Using medical gloves, muscles are gently accessed via the inside of the mouth. This is indicated for issues such as temporal mandibular disorder (TMD or TMJ), injuries, dental work, or emotional stress. Headaches, ear pain, tinnitus and more can also be effectively addressed with this technique. This session will include an additional focus on the head, neck, and jaw.

CranioSacral

Acupuncture
Acupuncture can provide relief and relaxation and can help alleviate pain and injury, emotional struggles and stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, and many other conditions. Illness, injury, pain and even stress may be indicators that Qi is not moving properly and needs a little help to flow like it should for health and wellness. Acupuncture is performed with single-use, hair-thin needles that are inserted into points along the meridians of the body to promote the smooth flow of Qi and bring about an overall sense of peace and healing. Other modalities may also be utilized, such as guasha, cupping or moxibustion.

Hot Stone Massage

Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage
Massage Therapy is extremely effective for the discomforts of pregnancy and the postnatal time. It has been shown to reduce swelling, increase elasticity and range of motion to muscles and joints, and stimulate circulation to both mother and baby. It is a wonderful way to prepare the body for birthing, as well as assisting in body adjustments after baby arrives.
