Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, you can purchase them in the office at your next visit or online here.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Cash and checks are preferred to avoid credit card processing fees.
Do you accept insurance?
No, as of September 2024 we no longer directly bill insurance. We can provide detailed receipts if you choose to submit for reimbursement privately.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hold your scheduled time especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the time to others. Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged a $50 fee.

Do you offer weeknight or weekend appointments?
Yes! We know sometimes it is impossible to make it in for an appointment during the weekday hours so we offer both weeknight and weekend appointments. They are popular so we recommend scheduling early.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, at this time we only offer scheduled appointments.
What is a VIP massage?
VIP massages are offered only to a select number of our longest term clients.
